Site checklists with photo proof
Each site has its own checklist: tasks for every shift, once a day or once a week. Workers tick them off on the phone and attach a photo where a task asks for one. A ticked task with no photo does not count as done, and a timesheet is flagged for review when required tasks were left undone.
